All-Conference selections have at least a cumulative 3.5 GPA and are varsity athletes. This fall, 27 Manchester student-athletes earned Academic All-HCAC honors.

Manchester forward Harley Kruschwitz was named First-Team All-Region by the United Soccer Coaches (USC), the USC announced on Tuesday, November 28. He increases the number of All-Region selections in Manchester men's soccer history to five and is the program's first All-Region honoree since the 2018 season when Josh Gonzalez was named to the All-Tegion Third Team. Chris Rowe also made the 2005, 2006, and 2007 All-Region Teams.

Enrique Salazar represented Manchester University at the 2023 NCAA Division III National Championships on Saturday, November 18. Salazar became the first Men's NCAA Division III All-American in Manchester cross country program history after making his way around the Big Spring High School course in 24 minutes, 46.1 seconds. His time was good enough for 19th place in the 289-runner field.
